You know I recently attended a seminar on customer relationships, put on by a guy named Ron Morris. He wrote a book called The Power of Wow. The first question he asked the group was, "How many companies that you have had dealings with on a personal or professional level have you walked away from and said, 'Wow, that service was unbelievable'?" The only one company I could honestly say that about was West Jet…that is until I had my first dealings with TFX. Wally, all I can say about your organization is wow! Your level of customer service and placing the customer first is off the charts. I just wanted to pass this note on to say thank you for being such a great organization to do business with.
