Excerpted from http://www.canadianbiker.com/features/people/wco178.html: “From Frisco, we made a bee-line to LA and left our bikes at a warehouse in Gardena where the trucking company, TFX International, would pick them up on their next run. So we unpacked the bikes, had a couple of Budweisers® from our travelling cooler and waited for the truck. Although transportation was a little pricey, the transport was flawless. At the beginning of the trip, they picked the bikes up at our communal garage and brought them back, six days after we returned, no crating and uncrating, no forklifts, no finding a drop-off and pick-up point, no fuss, no muss.”
I want to thank you all for your efforts in getting the car to me in Victoria. It was very hectic at moments, and I want to thank you for all the patience and perseverance required. My mother was very thrilled and all went well.
Darlene I'm glad I had your firm deliver and return my car back to toronto. Totally professional in all aspects. I will continue to use your firm when shipping my car south to miami. Thanks again. It was truly a great experience.
Thank you so much for setting up the last minute transportation I requested. I must commend you all on the performance I received from both yourself and Brandi along with the drivers.
Kendra and all of you at TFX,
You guys are all pros in this business. Walter was an absolute professional yesterday, dropping off the vehicle in an Alberta snow storm! I really appreciated your expertise, and I would make a great third party reference for your company, should you need it. Thanks again,
I thought I would share this with you. It is a true “feather” in your hat. Hi, the driver was very gentle with the cars. As a matter of fact, he is an old car lover, and we got along very well. Putting the Buick® on top was fun. The ground was snow and ice, and the ramp was metal and slippery when the tires carried snow onto it. I drove the Buick® onto the ramp, and I sat in the car with the brakes on while he raised the ramp up to the top level. It was a little scary with the snow on the wheels against the shiny metal and vibration of the lift. I am not used to being lifted 15 feet in the air while at the wheel of a car. All went well, and I drove the car on into the trailer with the driver directing me. The enclosed trailer looked brand new, and the driver put double the amount of straps to hold the cars in place than what he needed. They are very careful in handling the cars. That’s why it took four hours to get the cars loaded. It was very cold and windy, and I do not know how he stayed out in the truck strapping them down. I had to go into the house to warm up 4 times. When we got done, I had him come into the house to warm up, and I made him lunch. We sat and talked cars for another hour before he left at 1:00 PM. Talk to you soon.
I really love the relationship we have built over the last 6yrs and id like to continue using TFX if possible. Let me know if you guys can pick up and drop off in the U.S. If so let's keep the show rolling :)
Just an update.
Pfaff Tuning will include the Deep Midnight Blue Porsche Boxster S within the same transport vehicle as the other Pfaff Tuning vehicles.
Brandi, I just want to reiterate that I was very happy with the TFX team. I have a deeper understanding and appreciation of the care and quality of your work having arranged the transport of this vehicle. AC, one of the Garage Living managing partners, is acquainted with the owner of TFX and recommended that we use TFX. I will make TFX our strategic transport partner for all Garage Living initiatives.
I look forward to working with you again.
I spoke with Tony, the person the Allard was picked up from. He was very impressed with the professionalism of the gentleman that did the pick-up and with the equipment used for loading and transportation. So please extend my thanks to him and kudos to all of you!
