Public Grievance Procedure:

TFX International is open to hearing about any way we can improve our business and welcome all feedback. If you have a grievance or complaint about anything pertaining to our organization or its services or functions, including but not exclusive to Human Rights, Environmental complaints, unethical business practices or safety please email your grievance to adam@tfxinternational.com or phone 416-243-8531 and ask for Adam. All grievances will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours. TFX International will keep confidentiality of the complainant. An investigation will take place and a response will be given in a timely manner. If the grievance results in a change to business policy or procedure, TFX is committed to continuous evaluation, at least annually, to monitor how the changes are impacting business and/or the original issue that was brought to grievance. TFX asks respectfully that anyone with a grievance follow this procedure before going to post a negative online review. TFX is committed to accepting feedback, improving our business, customer satisfaction, remaining socially and environmentally responsible.
