I just wanted to express my gratitude for the professional manner in which TFX operates

This is the first time I have ever had to ship a vehicle and you have made us able to better enjoy our first year of retirement in southern California.

During covid with cross border land travel banned we did not know what to do without our vehicle here.

We arrived yesterday and our vehicle was sitting in the parking lot waiting for us. We are very pleased.

I received the car on Saturday morning and all is well.

Actually, all is great! Kim, the driver, was great to work with and very careful with everything. She was on time and took extra steps to make sure that everything was protected during the unloading of the car. The cones at the end of the ramp, blankets on the doors, wheel chocks were more than I have seen on many deliveries and I appreciate that. Like I was telling Kim, I have personally seen a driver drive my car right off the second floor of the truck and nose dive into the ground. Totaled. It helps to that she spoke English as well. Just one week prior I had a vehicle shipped in from New Mexico and when the driver arrived, we could not communicate with him because he only spoke Russian. It all worked out but I thought that was a little odd.

Charles, the car is everything you said it would be and I think that it is wonderful. It still smells new inside after 27 years! This is one car that I will be keeping for the long haul. I’m just wondering where the title, manuals and other paperwork may be so please let me know on that.

I just wanted to express my thanks to everyone involved in making this happen. It was a little bit of work and frustrating at times but well worth it. I will recommend the TFX team to everyone.

I’m not sure if TFX has routes in the USA but I could use a car delivery form Walnut Creek California to Franklin Pennsylvania if you guys are interested.
