I just wanted to drop you a note to say what a great job your staff did in looking after our VIP shipment yesterday.

From the moment I sent you the rate request to delivery your staff have been all over it. The drivers yesterday were very helpful and knowledgeable. Congratulations on the new carrier it looked fantastic.

We will certainly use TFX again for our next cars (approx. AUG 13th), and now we have been awarded business in Vancouver where I would also like to use TFX.

I thought I would take some time and write you an email on how impressed I was with your company and your customer service. When I searched the web for transport companies yours was the first on the search bar, and as I browsed your site you made it easy to navigate, everything was clearly laid out and answered any questions that I may have had before placing the initial phone call. Your website is a direct reflection on your company.

Your employees/personnel all deserve a job well done; when I placed the initial phone call Adam was very knowledgeable, and polite. He was very prompt in sending me out the required documents to necessitate the transport and was very accurate for the shipping amount. The professionalism continues on from Adam, Jolanta, Darlene, Brandi and your Delivery Driver – all those who I was in contact with made this experience so smooth. As an individual who is a first time user of your company, I cannot say how happy I am with the service that you and your staff have provided for me. 

You’ve had all my neighbours coming out of their houses when your 52 ft. Tractor Trailer unit pulled up to my house to deliver my ’69 Camaro.  The presentation of your equipment is also a reflection of your company, and all I can say is WOW you had the neighbours talking for weeks.

In closing, you have a great bunch of people working for you who all care and take pride in their jobs. TFX International is a class leading company.

I just wanted you and the others there know that my car arrived Friday afternoon.  It was in great condition with no apparent problems during transit. Your driver was courteous and efficient.  I am glad I used you folks for the job, and if there is any way to list positive feedback online for you, please let me know.

Just a follow up note that the vehicle was delivered today in good shape. Your driver “Mike” was a pleasure to work with and very professional. As we discussed I had to pay him cash for the $2108 invoice. He gave me a “paid in full” receipt. Thank you for working with me and a good delivery.
