I know I’ve been bothering you all for so long and I’m so sorry for all the hassle and unwanted emails you might’ve received from me. Sometimes, it was very difficult for me when I didn’t know what was going on and regarding different countries.

I thought I would take some time and write you an email on how impressed I was with your company and your customer service. When I searched the web for transport companies yours was the first on the search bar, and as I browsed your site you made it easy to navigate, everything was clearly laid out and answered any questions that I may have had before placing the initial phone call. Your website is a direct reflection on your company.

Your employees/personnel all deserve a job well done; when I placed the initial phone call Adam was very knowledgeable, and polite. He was very prompt in sending me out the required documents to necessitate the transport and was very accurate for the shipping amount. The professionalism continues on from Adam, Jolanta, Darlene, Brandi and your Delivery Driver – all those who I was in contact with made this experience so smooth. As an individual who is a first time user of your company, I cannot say how happy I am with the service that you and your staff have provided for me. 

You’ve had all my neighbours coming out of their houses when your 52 ft. Tractor Trailer unit pulled up to my house to deliver my ’69 Camaro.  The presentation of your equipment is also a reflection of your company, and all I can say is WOW you had the neighbours talking for weeks.

In closing, you have a great bunch of people working for you who all care and take pride in their jobs. TFX International is a class leading company.
