Just a follow up note that the vehicle was delivered today in good shape. Your driver “Mike” was a pleasure to work with and very professional. As we discussed I had to pay him cash for the $2108 invoice. He gave me a “paid in full” receipt. Thank you for working with me and a good delivery.

Just wanted to say thanks for all your help, and was wondering if you had the names of the two gentlemen who delivered the car?  I didn’t have any cash for a tip when they dropped the car, so I wanted to get their names so I could send them a little something.

I just want to thank you for the prompt confirmation responses – you have no idea what a big difference that makes on our end.  We deal with so many people who don’t respond consistently and it often leaves us wondering if e-mails got through or not.  Juliana typically takes care of the special moves, but with her on vacation Terry and I are scrambling a bit trying to keep up.
