Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for the great customer service. Ray dropped off my bike last night not far off estimated schedule considering there was a rig on fire that shut down the highway for an hour and a half yesterday. Ray had a long day getting here from Edmonton and despite not arriving until late, he was very upbeat and courteous. I appreciate this very much.
