Just wanted to drop a line and say thank you for the great customer service. Ray dropped off my bike last night not far off estimated schedule considering there was a rig on fire that shut down the highway for an hour and a half yesterday. Ray had a long day getting here from Edmonton and despite not arriving until late, he was very upbeat and courteous. I appreciate this very much. If I come across anyone wanting a vehicle transported, I will most certainly give them your company name.

I just want to thank you for the prompt confirmation responses – you have no idea what a big difference that makes on our end.  We deal with so many people who don’t respond consistently and it often leaves us wondering if e-mails got through or not.  Juliana typically takes care of the special moves, but with her on vacation Terry and I are scrambling a bit trying to keep up.

Thanks for your sending in the new copy of the tax payment so quickly last night.  
I have successfully registered the MDX today.

Raymond, the driver who delivered the car to my house yesterday, was very knowledgeable about the car and very patient as well.  He gave me a lot of advice which is highly appreciated, but I don’t have his email address to tell him this feedback.
