Vehicle Shipment Testimonials from our Satisfied Clients in Canada and the US
Hi Christine,
I just wanted to thank you and everyone for all the help and thanks for always helping me out with all my random questions! I will tell any Canadian importer about you guys. I couldn’t have done it without you.
Christine,
A short note to express my thanks to you and your team for the very professional and safe delivery of my vehicle. Your driver, Chevy, was very courteous and kind.
My compliments,
Hey Adam,
Man, I am really sorry I haven’t touched base with you, but I just wanted to say what a great job your company did with my car. I have told everyone who needs a car shipped to give you a call. Hope all is well and again, what a great job you guys did with getting my car from Toronto to Calgary. It really surpassed my expectations.
Cheers Adam,
Dear Jacqui,
I would like to thank you and your associates for the great service I received from your company. It was a pleasure dealing with you, as the task was somewhat unusual. Please pass on my thanks to your staff and to Ross, the driver, and his companion Jason. TFX is a first-class operation.
Once again, thanks for everything,
Jacqui,
Thanks a bunch for looking after Doug’s new baby! It arrived today from Georgia in great shape, and your driver was courteous, friendly and very helpful. We are so appreciative of your help and advice through the whole process, from quoting and shipping to custom requirements, it was almost too easy. Your staff was informative and helpful with our thousand questions and never lost patience. TFX is the only way to ship a vehicle!
Thanks again,
“From Frisco, we made a bee-line to LA and left our bikes at a warehouse in Gardena where the trucking company, TFX International, would pick them up on their next run. So we unpacked the bikes, had a couple of Budweisers® from our travelling cooler and waited for the truck. Although transportation was a little pricey, the transport was flawless. At the beginning of the trip, they picked the bikes up at our communal garage and brought them back, six days after we returned, no crating and uncrating, no forklifts, no finding a drop-off and pick-up point, no fuss, no muss.”
Hello,
I want to thank you all for your efforts in getting the car to me in Victoria. It was very hectic at moments, and I want to thank you for all the patience and perseverance required. My mother was very thrilled and all went well.
Dear Jacqui,
I thought I would share this with you. It is a true “feather” in your hat.
Hi, the driver was very gentle with the cars. As a matter of fact, he is an old car lover, and we got along very well. Putting the Buick® on top was fun. The ground was snow and ice, and the ramp was metal and slippery when the tires carried snow onto it. I drove the Buick® onto the ramp, and I sat in the car with the brakes on while he raised the ramp up to the top level. It was a little scary with the snow on the wheels against the shiny metal and vibration of the lift. I am not used to being lifted 15 feet in the air while at the wheel of a car. All went well, and I drove the car on into the trailer with the driver directing me. The enclosed trailer looked brand new, and the driver put double the amount of straps to hold the cars in place than what he needed. They are very careful in handling the cars. That’s why it took four hours to get the cars loaded. It was very cold and windy, and I do not know how he stayed out in the truck strapping them down. I had to go into the house to warm up 4 times. When we got done, I had him come into the house to warm up, and I made him lunch. We sat and talked cars for another hour before he left at 1:00 PM. Talk to you soon.
Dear TFX,
I was sitting in Tim Hortons®, having a coffee after church, when my son called my wife’s cell phone, saying that Ian would be along in 30 minutes. Fastest I ever drank my coffee and the biggest darn truck I ever saw, too. It was nice to meet Ian, very friendly and very professional, an excellent customer relations person for TFX. The truck was empty except for my “baby” and somebody’s lime green 1960s GTO. All the neighbours came out, expecting some kind of fancy car. Boy, were they surprised. What is that! They left shaking their collective heads. It fits in the garage with plenty to spare. The car is actually in great shape for restoration. I am very pleased. I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service and communications, starting with Jacqui’s original response to my request and the chitchat in-between. If one of you is ever in my area with a little free time, please feel free to call us, and we’ll have you over for coffee/dessert at the minimum, and you can see my baby!
Jacqui,
Thanks for your help! Just a quick note to thank you for your assistance in transporting the Molson Indy Viper and CART Atlantic cars for our inaugural appearance at the Canadian International Auto Show. As you know, they were well admired by the approximately 300,000 visitors to the CIAS this year. Jacqui, once again your staff went out of the way to squeeze our little move into your hectic schedule and to help us start our Viper.
